We do accept several dental insurance plans and as a courtesy will be happy to help process your insurance claim(s) for you.

In return, we request that you provide us during each visit with the proper signed forms (one for each child)in order to help us expedite the claim. We do not file any secondary insurance however, but will be happy to provide you with the necessary paperwork accordingly.

 

Every individual insurance company has their own generated list of usual customary dental reimbursement fees, which rarely reflect the actual fees of practicing dentists in the community. Therefore, it is unusual for any company to pay for 100% of any given dental procedure other than perhaps routine checkup visits. We therefore request a 35% co-payment at the time of services rendered. You will then be notified of any remaining balance owed, or will be promptly credited any monies owed back to you upon our receipt of payment from your insurance carrier. It is however always greatly appreciated when payment is made in full during the time of services. We do accept both Visa and Mastercard.

 

Our financial coordinator will be happy to answer any questions you may at any time. Any financial arrangement outside of our normal policy must be approved by and arranged by our financial coordinator ahead of time. You will be asked to sign a specific contract to that effect during your visit prior to any treatment.
